Noah Kopp called from Novato, California.
He had seen my website or a Craigslist posting about the video iPod LCD replacement service. He has a 6th Gen video iPod that had something drop on it and it smashed the LCD.
He was going to bring it up, Novato is just 20 miles from here but ultimately sent it in a padded bubble mailer.
I replaced the LCD and sent it back the next day after it arrived. The CLD was $41 and labor/return shipping was $40
Fixed - Total cost..$81.

Tara Ortiz saw my website and had her mother call to discuss the replacement of the LCD in her 5th Gen video iPod.
They mailed it in from Cottonwood, Arizona and it arrived a few days later.
It's finished the and mailed back the next day.
Fixed - Total cost $73.

Hanna Snow called from Roche Harbor, Washington.
She has two 5th Generation video iPods with broken LCD's she is sending down.
They arrive 3 days with the needed check for $146 to cover repair costs for both of them.
They arrive on Friday July 11th are repaired and on their way to her the same day.
$73 each to Allegra and Apollo working again. Happy times.
Fixed - Total cost..$146.
