What Happens When We Receive Your iPod
On Arrival
As soon as I receive your package, I will typically contact you by email to let
you know it has been received.
Often my preliminary telephone diagnosis is complete, but occasionally I find once I have the iPod in my hands that something may have been overlooked in the initial conversation. I'll contact you if I find this to be the case and give you a more accurate run down of the circumstances I'm managing.
If Parts Are Required
When I contact you, I'll let you know of any additional parts that will be required to make your iPod repair. I'll tell you what the additional charges will be (replacement parts prices) and ask you how you would like to pay the additional charges. In all but a few cases PayPal is the method of payment used for the needed additional parts. Many people have a PayPal account already and if you don't there is method where I can get you set up in about 20 seconds (I've been told by customers who used it.)
If I need to order parts to fulfill the repair, I will give you an idea about the new estimated time of completion.
When Your iPod is Ready
When your repair is completed, if you live in the area, I'll call you to let you know. Most people who bring their iPods to me get them back with the repair finished in just an hour.
If you sent it in to me for repair, I will ship it back to you at no additional charge.
