iSickBay is a device repair business. In an effort to provide more comprehensive service to my customers, I have created several pages with technical support information. Also included are pages offering tips for enjoying the best experience with your device.
I do not offer telephone technical support for Apple or other devices. In certain circumstance, I will pre-arrange a telephone appointment with a customer for a fee of $60 (paid in advance of the session via PayPal).
