I just wanted to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU! I love my ipod more than almost any other electronic gadget I own. When I was no longer getting stereo sound and I contacted apple about the matter they told me I could send it in for repair at $180 and that would not guarantee that I would get MY Ipod back but possibly a refurbished one. I am so thank full I had found your web site. For $80 I got my Ipod back in less than a week turn around time and got my Ipod back with all of its music!!! Generation mistake that Apple allowed HP to manufacture. For
this, I will never purchase another HP product no matter how fantastic

repairs, but you are fair, just and remarkably

LCD screen on my
son's Ipod recently got broken and we went to the Apple store to see about repairing it.They were only interested in selling us a newer model.I found Frank's site on the Web and spoke directly to him about our problem.He fixed it and we had it back within a week, all for the cost he had quoted us on his site.We would refer anyone needing service on their Ipod to send it to Frank. All my son's songs were saved and it's like new again.Thanks again Frank!

Sheafer and I sincerely thank you for taking the time today to diagnose and repair his 4GB Ipod nano. It was a delight to meet you, see your "surgery center" and know that your honesty saved us from buying a new Ipod because the Apple store tech said it couldn't be fixed. This is a message that one of my customers sent. I wasn't able to fix his iPod. He lost it in a raging river after a big storm while bunny hopping rocks in the river on his Mountain Bike to get across. Three weeks later he found it at the bottom of the now subsided river.
"Hi,
I sent you my waterlogged Ipod back in October. It had been laying on the bottom of a river for three weeks, the result of a bike crash.
Even though you weren't able to salvage it (I think you said it had three or four fatal errors), I just wanted to say that the $40 that I spent to see if it was at all repairable was probably the best $40 I spent last year. It answered all of the questions of "What if it can be repaired or the data recovered" and the answers were provided by someone who knew what they were doing. It wasn't me fumbling around trying to pry open the ipod and figuring out what to do next. Getting the ipod pieces back with the $20 bill was just an added bonus.
I'm not sure how many people thank you when you can't repair an iPod, but I wanted to say that I was glad I found your website on the internet. Hopefully I don't need your services again, but if I do, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
Just an FYI...Over the holidays, my brother-in-law mentioned that his iPod has a cracked LCD screen, and I passed your contact information on to him with my endorsement.
