Time Zones and Work Load influence my ability to answer every phone call at the moment it comes in.
I, (Frank) personally answer every call that comes in on the 1-877-IPOD-PRO phone line. If you live on the east coast, I may still be asleep if you call early your time (which will be 3 hours earlier here). My friends
know I am fairly ardent fitness buff. I may be away from here running, at the gym or on a bike ride. I use the Nike +iPod running system and go for runs most days, also spend about 6 or 7 hours a week at a gym *plus* I go for bike rides. If I don't answer your call and the answering machine isn't on, PLEASE EMAIL ME I will email you back right away, typically within minutes.
