Sam Zifferblatt and his son Nick Pereira
This is Sam picking them both up.
have a Spa and Pool Maintenance business in Guerneville, California. He emailed the day after I fixed Melissa Black's iPod that she had dropped in water saying,
"Hi,
My friend Melissa Black just had her ipod fixed by you, and referred me to you.
We have two fairly new palm treo's.
We are a pool and spa company, and often drop phones into pools or spas
One of the phones was dropped in a spa and the other one has a cracked screen. I think that's the only problem with the second one.
Can you help?!"
He had two Treo 680's and brought them by a couple of days later
I was able to get the Grey one, that had been dropped in the pool which was Nick's
working again with no added parts.
To get Sam's Red Treo 680 working I replaced the LCD screen.
In Nicks case the charge $60 for labor (I charge a bit more to work on cell phones).
In Sam's case the replacement LCD was $65 and labor was $60.
Fixed - Total cost $60 and $125.

A day later Manual and his Mom Rosa stopped by to drop it off. I was correct and it was
just the drive. I had it replaced and ready for them and hour later.
The part was $60 and labor was $40
Fixed - Total cost $100.
