How to copy your friends iTunes library and take it home with you. Macintosh

Cable and Open Your iPod
Connect your iPod to your friends system using their iPod docking cable.

It will mount it somewhere along the lower right corner of the desktop.


Double click on your iPod icon and it will open looking something like this.



In that image you'll notice I used a DVD RIP program to create an iPod version of a DVD of mine and am using my iPod as a transport to add it my bigger movie library.

Now let's open up our friends iTune Library. Click on the house icon in the lower part of the left pane. The window will change to this



Now double click on your ipod in the lower right coner again. Your screen will look something like this.
