How to bring an iPad to me for Repair
»In an ideal world I would want to schedule your repair so I can allocate the time to your iPad specifically without interruption. Call or email me to let me know when you'd like to stop by with it.
Remember, when you break your iPad, you basically have two choices.
1) live with the broken front assuming the LCD isn't broken, in many cases the digitizer and LCD still work, it's just the upper glass that is smashed and looks like hell.
2) Bring it to me (or someone like me) and have the iPad repaired. Upper glass replacement will require leaving your iPad off with me overnight, unless you have an appointment. If we schedule an appointment for your iPad repair, it will take 2 hours. If you're going to be in town shopping, you can stop by here first to drop it off, then pick it up after 2 hours.
Most other iPad repairs will require more time. You can check length of time and price here.
From around the Bay Area I'm easy to find. If you take the 101 up through the North Bay, I'm 40 seconds off the 101 at the Steele Lane exit. Take that exit and bear right (heading east). I'm at the corner of the third right, Steele Lane at Service Court.
