Leslie Burma lives in Napa California (94558).
Like almost everyone that lives she has extreme pride in her area and loves the Napa Valley. She has a tour business, taking people around to various wineries called Valley Girl Tours, your new best friend. She makes wine and her wine is labeled as Valley Girl Vineyards.
She emailed me one morning about her Macbook. Somehow she had broken her LCD screen and needed it replaced. I told I charge $125 plus the cost of the part to work on laptops and I do a fair share of MacBook models.
This is hers broken and after the repair.
The LCD screen was $64 and labor was $125
Fixed - Total cost $189.

This is Robin Koop. Her friend Juan Murillo lives here in Santa Rosa (95404)
and called me about her 3rd Gen Nano. While the iPod was in her pocket one day a small piece of gravel worked its way into her headphone jack. When she plugged in her headphones she jammed it far enough back into the jack there was no way of getting it out. Then Juan called me based on a recommendation from his employer.
He brought it over and left it off with $40. I able to open it and drive the gravel back out of it from the rear of the jack. They came by a day later and picked it up.
Fixed - Total cost $40.

Molly DiPerna lives in San Diego California (92130) and sent me three devices.
Two of them I've written about already, the last one her Jonathon's BlackBerry 8330 Curve model that went through the washing machine in mid December. I got it on January 27th a full month later. It took quite a few days of patient effort to to it back on its feet but I was able to get it all working again.
These are of his Curve working again. For water immersed phones, I need four things to work on them and then test them afterward. I need the phone, it's charger, the SIM card that it uses and my $60 fee.
Total cost to get Jonathon back his 8330 smart phone with all of his information and apps still intact was $60.
Fixed - Total cost $60.
