Conor H lives in Guilderland, New York (3150 miles away) And now for a miracle... Conor's 2nd gen ipod wash put in the washing machine. His mother and I emailed for a few days though he was pretty specific that he wanted to get it sent to me. I would say the device made it here about 2 1/2 weeks after it got out of the washer and we can see the degree of corrosion that began. I never expected i would be able to bring this one back to life. I have several images of the corrosion posted on the water immersion page. With slow deliberate work I was able clean all the contact points and thankfully the exact area of the LCD connector didn't suffer much. I was able to bring it back 100% utility after I contacted Conor and expressed my doubts. Fixed - Total cost..$40.

Wayne Gaul lives in San Diego, California (520 miles away) Wayne broke the LCD on his white Nano Gen 1 iPod and sent it in to me. He chose to pay with cash and was not disappointed when I received it in the morning and shipped it fixed that same afternoon. Fixed - Total cost..$67.($40 labor and return shipping, $27 for the LCD.

Austin Connor lives in Columbus, Missouri (1420 miles away) Austin broke his Video iPod's LCD screen and sent it to me to be replaced. It was a quick repair and was sent back to him the same day fixed. >Fixed - Total cost..$73. ($40 labor and return shipping, $33 for the LCD.
