Luis Garcia lives here in Santa Rosa California (95402) and is a previous iPhone repair customer.
He installs rain gutters on houses. This time he called about his friend Felipe who was given a 3G with a broken upper glass. If that part was replaced, he would have a perfect working iPhone. An hour later I was ready for them to return.
The 3G upper glass has become cheaper so the cost of that repair has fallen. The part was $15 and labor was $60... so for $75 he got a perfectly working iPhone.
Fixed - Total cost $75.

Kimberly Cooper lives in Fuquay-Varina North Carolina (27526).
She email me about her 5th Gen video iPod that had been displaying the Apple support error. I had her send it in with $40 so I could go through and figure out.
It turned out hat she needed the drive replaced. The part was $50 and labor/return shipping was $40
Fixed - Total cost $90.

Jose Chavez lives in San Jose California (95118) and is a previous customer.
The upper glass/digitizer on his iPod Touch 2nd Gen was cracked and he needed it replaced. He sent it up and it was repaired and sent back the next day.
The part was $19 and labor/return shipping was $60
Fixed - Total cost $79.
