Matt Brunner called me from Battle Creek Michegan (49015) about his 30GB 5th Gen video iPod.
You know about Battle Creek right? Home of Kellogs? and now they also own Kashi though I think they are monkeying around with the original Kashi recipes. Matt works at Kellogs. he is the third shift manager at the Mini-Wheat factory. He had a water mishap with the iPod and wanted to send it in to me. I gave him the specifics and it arrived a few days later.
I arrived completely dead, but was able to get his iPod back working perfectly again within two days. It even had all of his files 2939 music files and 3 videos on it still.
I was able to do this without needing to replace any parts. The total cost was $40 including return shipping.
Fixed - Total cost $40.

Collin Ogara called me from Fairfield California (94533).
He does construction, commercial remodels of kitchens and comes to Santa Rosa from time to time for his work. He had a 5th Gen video iPod with a cracked screen that he needed repaired. He left it off on the way to work and came back for it at his lunch time.
The LCD was $23 and labor was $40
Fixed - Total cost $63.
