Leah Stander called from San Rafael California (94901) where she is an accupuncturist.
She had dropped and broke the upper glass on her iPhone 3GS and needed it replaced. In her case we set a time 5 days in the future for her to bring it in. It was her idea.
Once she was here I needed the device for about 20 minutes... but other people stopped by then there was phone call *and* we discussed where the iPad fit in someones life and it's utility. So she was probably here for 45 minutes, but they were enjoyable and educational.
Total cost for the upper glass replacement was $75
Fixed - Total cost $75.

Christy Street called from Ogden Utah (84401) about her 8GB 5th Generation Nano
that had gone through the washing machine a week earlier. She did all the things you see on YouTube and none of them worked, so she used Google and typed in iPod dropped in water then found me.
I had her send the iPod in with $40. It took a week but I was able to get it working again completely and perfectly, including the radio and battery recharge circuits.
Fixed - Total cost $40.
