Jenna Anderson called me from Arcata California (95521) about her iPhone.
Like many young people there she goes to... Humboldt State University. The upper glass on her iPhone 3GS had been shattered in a mis-hap and she had heard about me through the local Apple dealer.
We arranged for her to send it down to me while used a cheap substitute phone. It arrived a day later. I did the repair and sent it back the same day it arrived and she got it back repaired on the morning later.
Total time out of her hand... to me and back again repaired, using the postal service was 36 hours.
Fixed - Total cost $59.
