Jan Rowley lives here in Santa Rosa California (95409)
and brought her 5th Gen Video iPod by to have the LCD screen replaced. A short while later it was looking and working perfectly again.

Bruce Conrad lives in Santa Rosa California (95404) called me about his daughter Zoe's White 32GB 3GS.
While out with her friend Celeste two weeks earlier they were at a place that served Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) on tap. The glasses at this place were as big as soup bowls so they wanted to a photo of the beer glass. While holding her iPhone over her own beer glass, to take a shot of Celeste's Zoe dropped her iPhone into her beer.
Like many people, she hoped it would "fix itself" but time passed and it was strongly beginning to look like she was going to replace it... and that was an expense she couldn't afford.
Enter Dad... he's beginning to see that he's going to be hit up for a new phone and he wisely uses the internet to see if there is an alternative and finds me.
He dropped the phone off at 8:30am on Tuesday... by later that day at 3:30 I had it all working again perfectly. The photos were still on it, the blue tooth and WiFi connections worked perfectly. I needed to replace the battery. The beer in it had slid down along the logic board and battery damaging the battery permanently.
The part was $20 that labor aspect was $60
This is Zoe picking it up and amazed that it works again.
Fixed - Total cost $80.
