Jaqueline Soto called me from Windsor California (95492) about her iPhone 4.
She had dropped it from a modest distance... about elbow height.. maybe 3 feet and smashed the upper glass. I've comment that I think the i$ is as frail as a saltine cracker, a small drop yields a very expensive repair. This is because the three parts have to be replaced all at the same time.
After thinking about it a week, I heard from her husband who brought it in on a Saturday. I had it here for about 90 minutes... this is also a complex and pricey repair.... then had it ready for them again.
Total cost was $140
Fixed - Total cost $140.

Charis Nutter gave me a call from Tomball Texas (77377) about her son's iPod Touch 2nd Gen
that had a cracked upper glass. I walked her though the process of sending it in and sent follow up instructions by email.
The Touch arrived with an iPhone 3G that needed the upper glass replaced on it as well.
This replacement upper glass is a fairly common repair I do on Touch models. The total cost including part with labor/return shiping was $79
Fixed - Total cost $79.
