Andrew Murrdock teaches at Windsor High School
in the English department and was referred to me by another client, Adam Leslie who teaches History at Windsor High.
Andrews daughter smashed the LCD screen on her $200 8GB iPod Nano 3rd Gen. This isn't something Apple will do. At the Apple store they offered to sell him a new one and then Adam told him about me.
The LCD screen was $22 and labor was $40.
He has a happy daughter and all of her songs were still safely on the device.
Fixed - Total cost $62.

Pati Grady lives in Cooperstown, New York
and I've fixed iPod before. She has a Nano 1st Gen and this time her dog got it in it's mouth and smashed the LCD screen by crunching on it.
You may be able to see the tooth marks on the iPod. The LCD was $10 and labor/return shipping was $40
Fixed - Total cost $50.

Debbie Rinehart lives in Wilmington, Ohio
and had a fairly standard mishap with her iPod... well standard for me to hear about. As she explained it in the note she sent with her Black Nano 3rd Gen 8GB,
"To recap - I was listening to it in the bathtub when I accidentally pulled it into the water. I took it out quickly and tried to dry it. I was really upset since I only had for abut 6 months prior to the mishap."
I was able to get her iPod working again perfectly, perfectly again with no added parts.
The total cost was $40 to get her $200 iPod back like new.
Fixed - Total cost $40.
