Suzanne McReynolds works at Lyon Homes in San Ramon, California.
She handles sale sand marketing and in that field it has to be challenging at the moment. She sent me here iPhone and iPod 2nd Gen Nano with a letter that read,
"There was a Monster Guava Energy drink that spilled on my items. They were pretty much submerged since they were in my backpack front pocket and the drink was spilled in it."
The devices has stickiness, dried stickiness through and through. I was able to get the ipod back and working again. The iPhone was far more complicated and I was not able to get the radio-telephone aspect working again.
The iPod was $40 and I refunded $30 of the $60 sent in with the iPhone.
Fixed - Total cost $40.

Anthony Robinson is the brother of Shawna who is another iPod customer
here in Santa Rosa, California. Tony's girlfriend dropped her SamSung Propel cell phone in a swimming pool. Well, she actually went swimming with it for 20 minutes in the pool before discovering it was still in her pocket.
I took the device completely apart and worked my way through it. Over a 3 day period I was slowly able to get it back and in working order. Finally I got working perfectly again.
Total cost was $60

Brenda Bruner called me on a Saturday from Selah, Washington
to discuss her son Brandon's 3rd Gen Nano iPod. He left it out in a rain storm... actually he left it out and the sprinklers came on over night...
A month had elapsed since the "it was soaked". As she put it,
"I didn't even realize it was even a remote possibility to repair a water-soaked iPod, so I put it away and forgot about it for a month."
She used PayPal to send in the $40 for me to repair it. It arrived on a Friday, and I had it fixed and ready for her by Monday. The total cost was $40
