Lee Horton sent in his daughter's Sierra's 5th Gen video iPod from Fairfield, California.
Her iPod had a classic problem of having hearing from one side only. It arrived at 11am on Tuesday and was repaired and on the way back that afternoon.
The headphone/hold-lock switch was $28 and labor/return shipping was $40
Fixed - Total cost $68.

Inez Howard called me from Punta Gordo, Florida
about her daughter Jalen's 5th Gen video iPod. The iPod worked perfectly but had the screen cracked.
It arrived and was repaired the same day *and* was sent on the way back to her that same day. The LCD screen was $23 and labor/return shipping was $40
Fixed - Total cost $63.

Jeff Oneil called me from Hopewell, New Jersey about his 6th Generation video iPod
that he put through the washing machine. When he called me nothing about it would work and wanted to know how to get it to me to look at. I went through the steps on the phone and emailed him the same things afterward.
It arrived a few days later and went to work going through it. I was able to get everything working about it except the hard drive. I let him know and he chose to replace it with a 390GB drive.
The drive was $60 and labor/return shipping was $40
Fixed - Total cost $100.
