Brandon Fistik lives in Mililani Hawaii (96789).
I've fixed his iPods in the past and now he's moved up to an iPhone 3G that he completely destroyed the upper glass on. Notice it's so bad he actually used tape on the front to hold the bits of glass together for a while until he got around to getting it fixed.
He and I sent email/text messages back and forth then his iPhone arrived one day. Actually a Saturday. I had the upper glass/digitizer replaced by Sunday morning and the iPhone was on the way back to him on Monday.
Works perfectly, and has a perfectly image again ;)
The part was $30 and labor was $60
Fixed - Total cost $90.

Donna Mason lives in Flora Illinois (62839) , the southern part of the state.
I've mentioned my step mother Jean Foeher came from Du Quoin which is about 40 miles South West of Flora. Donna was using her ipod Touch 2nd Gen in the bathtub and dropped it it in the water. I know.. I know "what was she thinking?". These things always happen when you don't expect it even if you've done it hundreds of times without incident before.
I went through it and it seems to be working now, battery, battery recharge circuits, the LCD even the WiFi. The real test for her will be when she runs a restore when it gets back home. But I think I got it all working again.

Marla Fennel lives in Woodinville Washington (98072) which is a suburb of Seattle.
She has two devices that needed my help. One was her 5th Gen U2 video iPod. It had hearing from the left ear only which I've mentioned is from dropping the iPod with the earbuds plugged in and having hte plug driven into the jack far enough that it snaps off the right side channel's positive connection.
The repair part was $28 and labor/return shipping was $40
Her other device was a camera that had a problem... more on that soon.
Fixed - Total cost $68.
