Christina Heib lives in Sebastopol California (94572) and is a friend of Noah's.
Noah has been a friend that refers people to me for a few years now. He is the night manager at the Underwood restaurant in Graton.
Christina dropped her iPhone 3GS and smashed the upper glass/digitizer. She called and set up and appointment so she could drop it off on her way to the Fusion gym on Sebastopol Road. She came back and hour later and it was completely ready again.
The part was $30 and labor was $60
These are the broken glass shots before repair:
There are the replaced glass after repair shots and the smiling face shot.
Fixed - Total cost $90.

This comes under the heading, "will you repair the repair I did to my iPhone?"
Eric Deluna called me from his broken iPhone 3GS. He lives in Novato California (94947) and was using the 3GS's voice control to use his iPhone because his own digitizer didn't work. He went on to explain, that he dropped his iPhone and smashed the upper glass but a friend of his was willing to replace the broken part. So his friend got a part somewhere on the internet and did a really bad job at replacing it.
So bad the upper glass had no adhesive holding the new piece really in place on the phone. Also the part didn't work once it was installed. So Eric brought me all of stuff to sort out.
The part his friend used as a replacement was for the 3G not the 3GS. They are different and have slightly different plugs and jacks but the friend forced it on anyway.
So once I realized the state of things, I made the replacement all over again. This time it was done right *and* it worked.
The photo shows the unneeded parts. The new upper glass was $30 and labor to rebuild the iphone correctly was $60. Working phone, works perfectly.
Fixed - Total cost $90.
