Bob Fisher called me from Santa Clarita California (91350)... you know the place that Barnaby Jones always went up to for fishing...
The call was about his iPod Touch 32GB 3rd Gen which had gone through a whole wash cycle in the washing machine. He had received it just a few days earlier for Christmas...

It arrived two days later and this took quite a while longer than I imagined to get it working again. I tell people if I get it going immediately, you get it back right away. If it takes longer... I still keep working at it.

In his case it was 9 days but I got it all working again. His files were still o it and the WiFi connectivity was working perfectly too.

I had to replace the LCD screen, so the total was $101 to get his $450 Christmas present back working perfectly again.

Fixed - Total cost $101.

Cindy Blatt gave a call from Rehrersburg Pennsylvania (19550) one day about her iPod Touch 2nd Gen.
It became damaged when she was grooming her dog and the dog shook the water oof of it. The spray went all over her and she had her iPod in her pocket at the time.

She sent it in with... hope. I was able to get her iPod working with all of her files intact and the WiFi connectivity still going. I did have to replace the LCD so the total repair was $91

A couple of days later I got this message,

"Hi Frank I wanted you to know that I received my I pod touch today....thanks so much.
Cindy"

Fixed - Total cost $91.
