Brian Lee is a contractor in Bolinas California (94924) that called me on a Tuesday afternoon about his 6th Gen video iPod.
His battery wasn't holding much of a charge and he was about to go on a trip and wanted a more enduring "charge" held by the battery, so it was time to replace it.
He brought it by and an hour I had it ready for him. The battery was $16 and labor was $40. Bon Route!
Fixed - Total cost $56.

Luis Garcia lives here in Santa Rosa California (95405) and called on the weekend.
I had been out all night (I like Euro dance music and tend to be out all night at times) and he had to leave a message for me. I called him back once I had my beauty sleep behind me. He had heard about me from a friend and needed the upper glass replaced on his iPhone 3G.
He left it off for an hour and I had it repaired when arrived back here.
The upper glass was $30 and labor was $60. I peeled transit protective cover off in front of him and handed it to him to leave the first fingerprint on it.
Another happy customer.
Fixed - Total cost $90.

Jennifer Marion is a wine maker and works for Anaba Wines in Sonoma California (95476).
It used to be called Castle Vineyards & Winery and if they call you, the display for the caller ID from them will still read Castle Wines. Anyway Jennifer called because she dropped her iPhone in the barrel storage room and smashed the upper glass. Most barrel storage at wineries is done a cool, concrete floored room so when hers hit she knew it was going to be a problem.
She couldn't make it by the day she called but stopped by a few days later. While she went on to do a barrel tasting at a grape supplier of theirs over on Piner Road I repaired her phone for her.
She came by an hour later and got it back looking and working like new. The upper glass was $30 and labor was $60. The self esteem was priceless.
Fixed - Total cost $90.
