Hector Rodriguez lives here in Santa Rosa California (95401) and works at Safari West
up on Mark West Springs Road. He is also an iPhone 3G user and dropped his phone while at work one day destroying the upper glass and digitizer. His cousin told him about me and he brought his iPhone over. An hour later I had it finished and working again.
The upper glass/digitizer was $30 and the labor charge was $60
Fixed - Total cost $90.

I got an email Harmony Doughten that read,
"Hi Frank!
How's Santa Rosa treating you these days? I've been back in the great state of California for a little while now - long enough to rack up a new broken ipod for ya.. Are you around this Sunday? I hope so, I'm coming up from the bay to visit a friend.
Wishing you well,
Harmony"
She is a previous customer and when I saw her last she was on her to Switzerland kind of following a boyfriend's lead there. Things didn't work out. Her new husband is Nick Wimsett and he's from New Zealand and they live in Crockett California (94525). They brought in a 5th Gen video ipod that needed the headphone jack replaced.
An hour later the repair was finished. The part was $28 and labor was $40
Fixed - Total cost $68.

Angel Ortiz lives here in Santa Rosa, California (95401) and not too far from here actually.
He's driven by and knew this was the place to get his iPod repaired when the time came. He has a 5th Gen video iPod called needing his headphone jack and battery replaced. We set a time and he came and dropped it off for the hour I needed it.
The headphone jack was $28, the battery was $13 and labor was $40. It works perfectly now, and he's very pleased.
Fixed - Total cost $81.
