Jean McGee called me from West Des Moines Iowa (50266) abour her son Aiden's Nano 5th Gen iPod.
As she described it, the iPod had gone through the "extreme wash cycle" and had been thorughly washed. I gave he instructions on hos to send it in and followed up with and email that summarized our conversation on the phone.
It arrived mid-week and by the end of the weekend I had it working again perfectly. For this model I am able to make 7 out 8 work again. Of that which I get working, 3 need to have their LCD replaced. This was one of those cases. The LCD was $35 so the entire repair with shipping back was $75
Fixed - Total cost $75.
