I got a call from Nina Lewis who lives in Union City California (94587) about her iPod.
It's an 80GB 5th Gen video and she dropped it. The device actually opened up and a couple of the inner parts disconected and separated out in the impact. She needed me to put it back together again and make it work properly again.
I had it finished and working for her *and* had it sent back the same day it arrived.
Fixed - Total cost $40.

I got an iPod and a a letter from Deborah Beck who lives in Austin Texas (78751).
The letter read,
"I found you on the internet. The enclosed sick iPod (I think it's 5th Generation video) has a broken screen but otherwise looks fine. It looks from your web site as though that will be no problem to fix and will cost me $63."
She sent me the iPod with a check, and I never actually spoke to her. It was repaired and sent back the next day.
Fixed - Total cost $63.

Dave Abritton lives here in Santa Rosa California (95404)
and had dropped and cracked the upper glass and digitizer on his iPhone 3GS. He came right over and I had it ready for him about a half later.
Fixed - Total cost $75.
