James Patterson brought his iPhone 3GS for repair. He livs in Windsor California (95492)
about 8 miles norht so it was just a couple of freeway exits away. I was able to get his smashed glass replaced for him in 20 minutes. Total cost was $75
Fixed - Total cost $75.

Chris Kennedy works as the bar manager at Thomas Kellor's restaurant Bouchon Bistro at Yountville in the Napa Valley (94559)
Kellor also is the owner of "The French Laundry" and "Per Se" in New York and you may have seen him interviewed on Charlie Rose. Chris smashed the front of his 32GB iPhone 3GS and needed it replaced. He called and came by with another iPhone user Craig, who is the bartender at Michael Chiarello's Bottega Restaurant in Napa.
Chris brought his iPhone 'over the hill' (The Mayacamas range separates Sonoma and Napa valleys) to have me replace the upper glass in his 3GS. While they had a hour to wait they needed a lunch recommendation so I sent them one of my favorite breakfast/lunch places which is Dierk's Parkside Cafe owned by Mark Dierkhising and Karen Brodsky.
They went there for lunch and came back after. The lunch was great. They liked the recommendation, they are also foodies.
The phone... perfect. The upper glass was $30 and labor was $60
Fixed - Total cost $90.
