Kelly Breegman who lives in Boonville Missouri (65233) had a Dell Inspiron laptop
that belonged to her son. He slipped water on the keyboard and it saturated the the inside of the laptop. Since I done a sterling job bring back their 2nd Gen iPod Touch to life she decided to see what I could do with it. You know a $1000 laptop is still a $1000 hard earned dollars to buy a new. In fact I think they did replace the laptop and this now become "hers".
I told how to send it in and it arrived about 10 days later.
Over a two week period I worked my way through the laptop slowly getting everything to work again. I had to replace the keyboard and that was $40 part but everything else I was able to make work perfectly.
The part was $40 and labor was $125
Fixed - Total cost $165.
