Wes Hemik lives here in Santa Rosa (95404).
He used to have a terrific job working for the County of Sonoma in the maintainence department. Staffing cuts after the Real Estate brought down local property taxes dwindled from the mortgage crisis left him without work. After looking for several months, he decided joining the Army would be his best job prospect. I doubt he's 22. I'm sure this was never in his realm of thinking before before bankers and the Bush Administration looted the treasury ion their way out of town in 2007/8.
His problem... he dropped his iPhone and broke both the upper glass/digitizer and the LCD screen and needed it repaired before he shipped out to Fort Bragg for basic training.
The parts were $60 and labor was $60
Fixed - Total cost $120.

Paul Kasper lives in St Petersburg Florida (33701) and put his 5th Gen Nano
through the washing machine with his laundry. I got it a few days later. After two days I was able to make it work again with out any additional parts.
Fixed - Total cost $40.
