Julie Dinkins called on a weekend, late on Sunday about her iPhone.
She lives in Cotati California (94926) and we arranged for her to bring it in the next day. An hour later it was ready and life was sweet for her again.
The part was $15 and labor was $60
Fixed - Total cost $75.

Ben Wells noticed my Craigslist ads about iPhone repair and called me Dillon Beach California (94929).
He has a 16GB iPhone 3G that he cracked the screen on.... badly cracked the screen on. He is also a Mac user and we discussed the iPad's arrival. He left his iPhone off for an hour and when he got back it was working perfectly again
Uncharacteristic of me, I forgot to take the "finished work shot" or the "happy customer photo". I only have the before photos.
The upper glass was $15 and labor was $60
Fixed - Total cost $75.

Marilyn Nemzer called me from Tiburon California (94920) about her... actually was her son's iPod Mini.
She had gotten a Touch model recently and realized it was far too much for her needs. This was about the same time her son began to wonder what it might be like to own a Touch himself. They solved it by him giving her his Mini and she gave him her 2nd Gen Touch model.
She called because she needed the battery replaced. I told to send it in with $40 and I'd take of replacing the battery and sending it back to her all for $40.
It arrived 2 days later, she got it back the next day because this is work I do the day it arrives.
Fixed - Total cost $40.
