James Wolfe is previous client how lives in Huntsville Texas (77320). He called and described a problem that sounded a lot like a cracked LCD. He sent the iPod to me with $100 in cash.

The diagnosis was good, the LCD was the problem.

I repaired his iPod and sent it back with $37 in change.

I got a call from Katey Loyola who lives here in Santa Rosa California. She is a previous client. She dropped her 16GB iPhone 3GS in a sink of water and it remained there un-noticed for several minutes.

She called me within an hour of the occurrance and she and her husband brought the phone to me.

The water inside it was throwing the phone into "voice control" mode. This occurs when the Home key shorts to a closed circuit (switch). I tore it down and went through it. By the next morning I had it working again perfectly.

Total cost was $60

I got a call from Eddie Sanchez who lives here in Santa Rosa California (95407) about his family's iPad. They have an iPad 1 in the WiFi version with 64 GB of memory.

It had been dropped and the upper glass (screen) had shattered. They lived with it for a certain period of time, but were leaving on a trip and wanted to bring it with them in a problem free state.

I need an iPad for 90 minutes to make the replacement/repair but he left it over night.

They got it on Sunday looking perfect, total cost was $129
