Meredith Munger lives in Dodd City Texas (75438). In the middle of December she sent me an iPod Touch 4th Gen to get the screen replaced. The repaired item was to be a Christmas gift.
I had it here less than a day, got the screen replaced and had it back on its way for Christmas.
Total cost was $79
Kimberley Oilar lives in Redding California (96049) which is the town one of my university room mates came from. She sent me a simple and plain email that didn't reveal where she lived that read,
"Hello,
I have an iPod Touch 4th generation with a shattered screen. I would like to get it repaired. Can you tell tell me cost? I am in Redding so I would have to ship it to you.

I get these from all around the country so I sent her back my "send it instructions" for a T4.
It arrived a few days later, and... I was out of the needed at the time it arrived which is rather rare. The screen for a T4 is as common to me as water to a laundromat. Not having the part delayed getting it back out to her but the drop deadline was getting it back to her by Christmas weekend, which I did handily.
Notice there was metal back plate damage to the top left corner. In order to make that flat again so the new piece of glass would fit, I had to grind away a part of the metal using a small rotary grinder. Looks new again, works perfectly.
The total cost for was $79, which was parts/labor and return shipping.
