Ken Sprinkle sent in his (Frank Rupert iPod) iPod from Clinton, Connecticut
with $40 in cash to rebuild and update his 4th Generation 40GB Black and White iPod.
I got everything working smoothly and it actually didn't even need a new battery.
Fixed - Total cost $40.

Ken Delo sent his iPod in from Hudson, Florida
after it went for a dip in the Atlantic ocean. Salt water cases are the hardest. I can only make 1 in 5 work at all because of the corrosive nature of seawater.
This case was also hard and pricey to bring back. I was able to make it work but I had to replace the logic board, and the battery.
Fixed - Total cost $163.

Dallas Cunningham called from Sacramento, California.
He needed the LCD in his 5th Generation video iPod replaced. A day later he called from here in Santa Rosa and was prepared to bring it by.
I had the device for about an hour while I made the changes and actually corrected a couple of "repairs" that had occurred before it reached me.
The LCD was $33 and the labor was $40
Fixed - Total cost $73.
