Kristen Ideson got a hold of me from Sacramento, California.
Her 5th Generation 30GB video iPod didn't work after a small trip through water.
It arrived a few days later and I got it working after replacing the hard
drive *and* the battery.
Fixed - Total cost $40.

George Goodwin sent in two iPods from Decatur, Alabama.
One was a 5th Generation video iPod that desperately needed an new battery.
He chose to PayPal in the money and I had the battery replaced the next day.
His iPod worked perfectly, the battery was $23 and the labor/return shipping was $40.
Fixed - Total cost $63.

George Goodwin also sent in from Decatur Alabama
a 6th Gen video iPod that had a smashed LCD screen. This is a fairly common repair for me.
The iPod arrived on A Friday. I had the work done by Saturday. He paid using PayPal on Monday and the iPod was on its way back that afternoon.
The LCD was $41 and the labor/return shipping was $40
Fixed - Total cost $81.
